RushOrderTees is a fast-growing leader in custom apparel printing, known for high-quality work, quick turnarounds, and a dynamic team environment. We are looking for experienced Screen Printers to join our production team and help deliver the top-notch products our customers count on.

What You’ll Do

As a Screen Printer, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints on a variety of apparel and promotional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.

• Perform accurate setups, registrations, and press adjustments for each job.

• Mix and match inks to achieve required colors.

• Inspect garments for print quality, color accuracy, and consistency.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced press operators when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience required: Minimum 2+ years of screen printing press operation (manual and/or automatic).

• Strong knowledge of inks, mesh counts, squeegee settings, and registration techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press/print issues quickly.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (overnight shift).

• Overtime may be available during peak production periods.

• Competitive pay based on experience ($17/hr-$20/hr base pay), plus shift differential ($3/hr) for overnight hours.
