Role Overview
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our Data Centre project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organising and maintaining all project documentation in line with company, client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control all project related documentation (drawings, specifications, procedures)
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and accessible by stakeholders
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Track, log and distribute documentation across various teams
  • Ensure compliance with project-specific document systems
  • Supporting audits by providing accurate document record and traceability
  • Monitor outstanding document actions, issuing reminders to responsible parties
  • Provide document control guidance when required
 
Candidate Profile
 
Experience 
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller within Data Centre space
  • Strong Knowledge of document control procedures, QA/QC standards and ISO requirement
  • Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
