We are looking for a talented MARKETING MANAGER to join our team specializing in Marketing for Atmus Filtration in Nashville or Indiana - Hybrid

 

The Global Product Marketing Manager serves as a strategic liaison between Product Management, OE, Aftermarket and Industrial sales to drive integrated marketing initiatives that support product development, market expansion, and brand integrity. This role is responsible for simplifying complex technical messaging as well as ensuring brand consistency and protection. The manager also leads internal communications and promotions programs to empower sales teams and inform B2B customers, while overseeing go-to-market planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Product Management Support

  • Act as an embedded marketing partner within the product management team to align on product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Translate technical product features into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.

Market Growth & Opportunity Analysis

  • Analyze market share, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor strategies for local market dynamics.

Brand Standards & Messaging

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to global brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Product brand application and management of brand standards and application (internally and with suppliers) across varying company brands. 
  • Champion brand consistency across channels, regions, and customer touchpoints.

Anti-Counterfeiting Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing-led anti-counterfeiting initiatives in collaboration with legal and product teams.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on brand protection measures and product authentication.

Internal Communication & Training

  • Create and deliver marketing toolkits, training sessions, and enablement resources for sales teams and B2B partners.
  • Develop internal communications that align teams around product launches, campaigns, and strategic priorities.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for new product introductions and major campaigns (aftermarket and industrial organic) 
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects with clear timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Min of 5 to 7+ years of experience in global marketing, preferably in B2B (manufacturing or industrial) or automotive industries.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with brand management and anti-counterfeiting initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven project management skills 
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Base salary range: $115,539 to $128,375/ year 

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. 

Compensation and Benefits 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, other personal and professional benefits.
