A day in the life:
Get ready to lead with energy as the Bottler Claims Supervisor at Monster Energy, reporting directly to the dynamic Viridiana Silva! In this electrifying role, you'll be at the helm of the Bottler Claims Department, steering the day-to-day operations with flair. Your mission? To review and post invoices for our international and domestic bottlers, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as a Monster Energy-fueled adventure. The impact you'll make:
- Review analysis and interpretation of promotional spends, review and post created accrual agreements, and ensure that proper accruals are generated for MDF spends, most/all prepared by Specialist role.
- Review and/or Post for payment domestic and international claims
- Review current Bottler Claims aging reports to ensure timely payments by MEC (weekly) Provide customer service to Bottlers, RM’s/BDM’s, and Directors (as needed)
- Provide support to Accounting management and a multitude of ad hoc projects (as needed) Identify opportunities for process improvements
- General supervision of daily activities by Claims Leads and Reps (prioritizing work, setting deadlines, ensuring goals are met, deskside training)
- Interviewing & first-level personnel issues Yearly performance evaluations – first level
- Timesheet approval and vacation & sick time accrual review Monthly, quarterly statement requests
- Provide Monthly, quarterly reporting
Who you are:
- Advanced Excel, Outlook & Word skills. SAP experience preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Must be a team player and able to work with other individuals in and outside the department (at various levels) in a positive manner
- Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and prioritize and follow up accordingly Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to research, problem solve and identify solutions
- Superior attention to detail
- High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when needed, especially during quarter close
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $68,640 - $77,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
