C.N.A. Team Manager
Under the direction of the (Assistant) Director/Director of Clinic and Homecare, the C.N.A. Team Manager coordinates and manages the delivery of Home Care private duty care and in-home services for the LIFE Programs. Assists and participates in quality management, program development, and monitoring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:C.N.A. Team Manager qualifications include:
- Certified C.N.A. in Pennsylvania.
- At least 2-3 years C.N.A. experience and 1 year of Management or leadership skills.
- Must have one year experience with the frail and elderly population.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license in order to visit clients in their homes and other sites.
