Role Description

As a Senior Associate Attorney – Family Law, you will:

• Independently handle complex Texas family law cases from start to finish, including litigation, negotiations, and settlement.
• Represent clients with integrity, compassion, and skill in and out of the courtroom.
• Develop, attract, and retain high-quality clients, bringing an existing book of business and continuing to grow it under our flexible model.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff, while setting your own work style and schedule.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Significant experience in Texas family law, including divorce, custody, property division, and support matters.
• Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Strong client development and relationship-building skills.
• Portable book of business preferred.
• Impeccable ethics, high character, and commitment to excellence.
