Senior Game Analyst presso Sensortower

As a Senior Game Analyst, you'll play a key role in evaluating and documenting games by reviewing their features, capturing gameplay content, and uploading detailed data to our platform. You'll ensure every game is accurately tagged by conducting regular quality assurance checks and maintaining high standards of classification. Additionally, you'll collaborate with and train AI agents to automatically detect game characteristics, helping to enhance the accuracy of our taxonomy predictions. 

What you will do:

Track global gaming industry trends across Eastern and Western mobile game markets, analyzing game mechanics, monetization models, and operational strategies -

Break down game mechanics to extract distinctive features, establish systematic classification frameworks, and deliver in-depth competitive insights

Capture detailed gameplay content, upload comprehensive data to our platform, and conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate game tagging and classification

Develop analytical frameworks and automated tools to improve data collection efficiency and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python with exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and quality control

Game Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to deconstruct complex games, analyze mechanics and monetization strategies, with deep understanding of mobile gaming landscape

Research & Communication:Strong skills in collecting game metadata across various sources and synthesizing critical information create analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders

Cross-Cultural Gaming Knowledge: Understanding of gaming preferences and trends across different regions and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Gaming Experience: Active mid-core gaming background (RPG, Strategy, Shooter genres preferred)

Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with AI agents, automation tools, and data visualization platforms

Industry Background: Previous experience in gaming companies, market research, or related analytical roles
