The selected candidate will provide direct administrative support to the manager, assisting with day-to-day operations and team management activities. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving agent-related issues across communication channels such as chat, calls, and emails, delivering timely feedback to team members, and supporting vendor onboarding and other tasks on the D&B Compass platform. The role also involves contributing to undefined D&B-related assignments as they arise, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve team-related communication issues across various channels including chat, calls, and emails.
  • Manage vendor onboarding processes using the D&B Compass platform.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support performance improvement.
  • Prepare and coordinate weekly sales workshops, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Edit and maintain reports, updating relevant data accurately in spreadsheets and shared systems.


  • Key Skills:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
  • Basic understanding of administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and computer systems for extended periods.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Flexibility to work during evening hours or weekends as required by business needs.
