Location:  Clarksville, TN

Summary:

This is an entry-level position. The Support Technician will assist more senior technicians with installations and/or servicing of residential and/or commercial customers as required.  Responsibilities also include a willingness and ability to learn, organizational skills and effective communications. 

What You'll Do:

  • Assist Experienced Technicians with Installations and/or Servicing:
    • Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain information for future use  
    • Employ basic logic skills and ability to walk through a simple issue to resolution. 
    • Utilize hand tools and basic power tools. 
    • Keep job site clean & organized so work can be performed in the safest manner possible, and tools and equipment can be found quickly. 
    • Interact with and communicate with peers, manager, and customers effectively.

What You'll Need:

  • Education & Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent. No industry experience - Required. 
    • Receives skills and training from management, peers, and training curriculum. 
  • Certification/License:
    • State licensing is - Required
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license. 
  • Lifting/Carrying Certain Weights:
    • Must be able to lift certain weights, climb ladders and work from heights at sites.
    • Must be able to pull wires & carry mounting equipment on Commercial & Residential sites, with ladders and lifts. 
    • These are Strong Requirements to work in what we do.
  • Communication:
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.
  • Technical:
    • Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned on-line and/or via hands-on instruction.
