PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Candidate will work closely with Service Department Team Members to learn Winco Product Lines past and present. Candidate will learn to navigate Company Website and Literature efficiently. Candidate will field customer Calls/Emails and enter Parts Orders, Provide Technical/Troubleshooting Assistance, and forward calls to other Team Members as appropriate. Candidate will receive training on programming Genset Control Modules & Governor Controllers. Other departmental duties and opportunities as directed by the Service Manager.

This role interacts with internal staff in all departments as necessary.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide excellent telephone skills – customer oriented and pleasant to work with
Execute working knowledge of generators and generator design, AC & DC electrical theory, and wiring schematics
Working knowledge of troubleshooting the different systems on diesel and spark ignited engines
Familiarity with MS Outlook and Office Suite
Familiarity with Epicor ERP System a plus
Ability to organize and submit completed paperwork
Work well in a team environment and cross train as needed
Backs up other service department duties as necessary
Identify part numbers and familiar with looking up parts
Other duties as assigned
