Technical Project Manager – Travel & Transport Solutions

About Us

 

At our R&D Center in Osny, our teams design, develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge travel and transport solutions for both French and international customers.

We cover a broad technological spectrum (servers, web, mobile, cloud, …) and deliver projects ranging from proof of concept to nationwide deployments.

 

Your Mission

 

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of innovative projects in the field of biometrics applied to travel and transport (identity verification, border control, passenger flow management, multi-biometric identification, …).

 

This role is ideal for someone with a first experience in technical project management, who has also worked in a technical role (development, integration, system engineering, or architecture) and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Missions

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of high-tech IT systems from the bid phase through to handover to maintenance teams.
  • Support and lead project activities, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance, with regular reporting.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the customer: drive communication, coordinate technical activities, and monitor project milestones.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams of developers, solution architects, integrators, and cybersecurity experts, while coordinating contributions from internal and external partners.
  • Participate actively in pre-sales activities and contribute to knowledge capitalization within the team.
  • Apply project management practices: workload/resource planning, cost tracking (MS Project), risk management, subcontractor follow-up, and customer acceptance.

Profile & Other Information

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree (Master’s or equivalent).
  • 5–8 years’ experience including a first role in technical project management and a solid technical background (development, integration, system engineering, or architecture).
  • Knowledge of the project lifecycle and Agile methodologies, with good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish trust with both clients and teams.
  • Curious, rigorous, and motivated by challenges in a demanding and fast-evolving technological environment.
  • Enjoy working in both French and international contexts.
  • Fluent French and English required
