What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business growth, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for global roles, ensuring a seamless experience across engagement types.
- Collaborate on employer branding and pipeline development, including community and university partnerships.
- Run quarterly performance cycles, coach managers, and support organizational change.
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee relations matters, balancing empathy with compliance.
- Collaborate on compensation planning, workforce forecasting, and benefits administration.
- Support HITRUST, SOC II, and other audits with accurate workforce data.
- Champion automation and AI adoption to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
- Measure success through increased automation, timely compliance, and high manager satisfaction with People Ops partnership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People Ops experience in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
- Proven success as an HRBP with global scope and multi-country compliance.
- Hands-on recruiting experience across employees, contractors, consultants, EOR, and PEO.
- Strength in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and compensation modeling.
- Experience with platforms like Rippling, Leapsome, Deel, Multiplier, Notion, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Strong business acumen and ability to coach managers through growth and change.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree (HR, MBA, or Organizational Development).
- Experience with leadership coaching, training, or development programs.
- Success leading automation or AI adoption in HR.
- Exposure to compensation strategy, equity planning, and incentive design.

What Success Looks Like in the First 60-90 Days
- Build Trust & Relationships: Establish yourself as a reliable partner to managers and employees, earning credibility through responsiveness, fairness, and clear communication.
- Own the Recruiting Pipeline: Take full ownership of active requisitions, ensure smooth coordination across U.S. and global hires, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Streamline with Automation: Audit current Rippling and AI-driven workflows, identify at least one high-impact manual process to automate, and implement improvements.
- Support Performance & Engagement: Successfully run your first quarterly performance cycle, coaching managers and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Demonstrate Global Readiness: Show working knowledge of compliance and cultural considerations across multiple regions (U.S., Spain, EOR/PEO markets).
- Deliver Early Wins: Provide actionable reporting or insights to leadership (e.g., headcount, compensation, recruiting pipeline) that drive data-informed decisions.
Compensation
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to reflect skills, experience, and location. This includes:
- Base Salary: The estimated base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $110,000 USD annually. This is only an estimate. The final offer will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and potential impact.
- Annual Bonus: Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary, tied to individual and company performance.
- Pay Practices: We are committed to transparent, equitable pay practices and comply with all applicable state and local pay transparency requirements.
Please note: The stated base salary range applies to full-time employees hired in the United States.

- Final Leadership Interview – A ~60-minute discussion with executive leadership, exploring HR’s strategic impact and answering your final questions.
