Job Summary

Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Cash Management & Municipal Coordinator to join our team. This position provides internal and external support to personal and business online banking and cash management customers, with set up, maintenance, passwords and ongoing support of the suite of products. Work with the Cash Management Operations Officer and Cash Management Administration Officer to review and process various daily assignments for cash management operations. This includes the following areas of activity: consumer and business online banking, mobile banking, ACH and wires, positive pay, remote deposit, merchant services, and credit card services. Provide administrative support for the municipal business line. This includes supporting the Chief Municipal Officer and coordinating with the treasury department and retail staff with opening and maintaining municipal accounts. Provide support to municipal customers as needed.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enroll and maintain business online banking customers according to documentation completed by branch personnel and Cash Management Sales Officer. 
  • Review, enroll and maintain personal online banking customers
  • Provide customer service support for incoming calls on the support line.
  • Maintain working knowledge and support of products and services including personal and business online banking, online wires, ACH, mobile banking, mobile deposits, remote deposit capture, bill pay, and positive pay.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including but not limited to online banking emails, new accounts, positive pay daily exceptions review, municipal reports, and loan reports for online banking management. 
  • Perform remote deposit customers’ annual reviews.
  • Internal and external municipal customer support. 
  • Complete account applications and online banking documents for Municipal Clients. 
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documentation for municipal clients.
  • Process ICS transactions on IntraFi portal for municipal clients. 
  • Prepare municipal rate changes and letter of credit renewals.
  • Complete Letter of Credit applications.
  • Coordinate and maintain check requests for municipal memberships and sponsorships
  • Provide support for projects and tasks as requested by Cash Management Operations Officer. 


Education and Experience

  • Experience with online banking customer support and cash management products preferred. 
  • Knowledge of online banking, mobile banking and cash management products and services preferred.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Two-year college degree or higher is preferred but not required.

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $26.00
