Coating & Converting Technologies (CCT), part of the ATP Adhesive Systems Group, is a growing leader in innovative adhesive solutions. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team across all facility operations.
- Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Assign and prioritize work orders through the CMMS system.
- Support repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment using standard tools and gauges.
- Perform hands-on maintenance, including building and mechanical work, utilizing tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, motorized lifts, and more.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Completion of an electrical training program with a vocational/technical degree required.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (paper industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, single and three-phase wiring, motor starters, relays, relay logic, PLCs, and PID loop control.
- Skilled in installing, programming, and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.
- Ability to read and interpret prints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical/Trade School degree preferred.
