Overview

The INS Lead provides leadership and oversight for Information Network Services (INS) operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day network services, ensuring compliance with Federal standards, and directing technical staff to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of Information Network Services, including performance,security, and availability.
• Develop and implement network operations strategies and policies.
• Manage and mentor technical staff supporting INS functions.
• Oversee troubleshooting, incident response, and escalation management.
• Ensure INS compliance with DoD, Federal, and Agency standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to improve efficiency and network performance.
• Deliver reports, briefings, and technical documentation.

Requirements

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT/Network experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Expertise in enterprise networking, troubleshooting, and federal IT standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
