We specialise in aged and dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, mental health services for older people, and other related health and aged care services. About the role
Permanent part-time role (6 days per fortnight) for an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse. Currently based at Greenwich Hospital, you will be a part of a highly dedicated Community Palliative Care team that provides the evidence-based nursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs.

About you
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Experience working in the specialty area of palliative care in an inpatient setting or community is desirable
- At least four years post-graduate experience and/or working towards a post-graduate palliative care qualification.
- Evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking, and analysis in your daily practice as a registered nurse
- Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment
