Your Role
Are you passionate about enabling change through impactful learning and leadership development? We’re seeking a Capability & Embedment Lead to design and deliver transformative solutions that build change leadership capability, foster a growth mindset, and support IIA’s strategic initiatives.
As a capability lead for Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP), you’ll partner with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to uplift leadership and team performance through engaging, fit-for-purpose learning and coaching experiences. You’ll assess capability gaps, tailor solutions to business needs, and apply quality assurance practices to ensure alignment with divisional goals and successful change adoption.
This role requires strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence behavioural change and support the adoption of new systems and ways of working. You’ll bring creativity and innovation to learning design, leveraging agile methodologies, AI, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.
This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
About You
- Formal qualifications in coaching and facilitation are highly regarded.
- Deep expertise in Human-Centred Design (HCD), Customer Experience (CX) design, and learning design, with a strong focus on practical application.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, including neuroscience-informed practices.
- Experience in developing business requirements and designing detailed process flows to support learning and change solutions.
- Background in customer experience design is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to lead design initiatives, collaborate across functions, and apply systems thinking.
