Your Impact

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a hybrid Account Manager and Beauty Advisor. This dual-role is essential for driving our brand's success in the Pharmacy Channel across  Central Portugal and the Azores. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our pharmacy partners, while also bringing our brand closer to the end consumer through expert product advice and engaging demonstrations.

Your Mission

As a key member of our Commercial team, your responsibilities will be double role:

1. Account Management:

• Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the Pharmacy Channel.

• Present product lines, focusing on unique selling points, consumer benefits, and sales strategies.

• Monitor product stock levels at client locations and proactively suggest optimal inventory to ensure consistent supply.

• Collaborate on the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events to maximize sell-out performance.

• Process purchase orders accurately and within established deadlines.

• Provide regular feedback on sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and propose improvements or new initiatives.

2. Beauty Advising:

• Become a product expert, with in-depth knowledge of our brand's full range.

• Engage with end consumers, demonstrating products through practical application (e.g., mini facials) to showcase their benefits.

• Provide excellent customer service, advising and selling products to meet consumer needs.

• Monitor and meet established sales targets.

• Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have proven experience in a sales or account management role, with a strong background as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar consumer-facing position. Experience in the Pharmacy or Skincare industry is a significant advantage.

• Location: You are a resident of the Central Portugal region.

• Customer-Centric: You are passionate about skincare, enjoy interacting with customers, and excel at building rapport and trust.

• Proactive & Results-Oriented: You are a self-starter who is focused on solutions and driven to achieve sales targets.

• A Team Player: You thrive in a dynamic and ambitious team environment.

• Mobile: You hold a valid driving license and are able to travel frequently within Central Portugal and the Azores.
