Description -
This role is responsible for providing expertise to R2R project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with finance leaders to influence strategic and tactical decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the Record to Report organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of and handled Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) in operations
- Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, risks and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Point and Excel
- Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in finance, with a strong background in Audits, Compliances and Controllership.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power query and Power Point
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and review process work-flow diagrams.
- 3+ years of experience with CA/CMA certification
Preferred Attributes:
- Highly skilled and detail-oriented in Audit, Controllership, and Compliances.
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Hands on experience in SAP.
