Join our R&D team to create next-gen adhesives and sealants for the automotive world. You’ll experiment with raw materials, test performance, and turn data into real product improvements. If you love problem-solving, hands-on innovation, and exploring new ideas, this role is for you!What you´ll do
- Develop and optimize adhesive and sealant formulations
- Evaluate and understand raw materials and their impact on product properties
- Conduct testing of adhesive and sealants for automotive applications
- Drive product development projects from concept to complete results
- Analyse data and draw actionable conclusions for formulation improvements
- Work independently while collaborating with the team when needed
- Continuously learn and explore new materials or methods to support innovation
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Should have master's degree in chemistry or graduate degree in chemical engineering
