About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet business needs, while ensuring an efficient process and a positive candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and mapping talent to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce planning.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person).
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
• Present evaluated shortlists and hiring recommendations to managers.
• Develop cost and time-effective recruitment strategies.
• Oversee offer negotiations, rollouts, and onboarding documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate data in the ATS and following the processes.
• High level of precision and thoroughness in execution of recruitment activities.
• Explore and recommend new sourcing channels for active and passive talent.
• Contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
We'd Love for You to Have:
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and industry skills.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Linked and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to network, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Interest in learning and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Qualification:
MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
