Could you be the full-time System Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in train systems engineering in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration, functionality, and performance of train subsystems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Project Management, Quality, and more), lead interface topics between subsystems, and collaborate with suppliers to meet technical and performance requirements.
You’ll specifically take care of subsystem validation and design approvals, but also support train integration and reliability growth during revenue service.
We’ll look to you for:

Translating customer and internal requirements into subsystem designs

Writing technical purchase specifications and managing supplier relationships

Leading interface management across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and communication systems

Supervising subsystem validation at supplier and train levels
-
Driving technical issue resolution and supporting reliability improvements

Ensuring coordination between teams and maintaining consistency across sub-system specifications

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of railway systems engineering (minimum 2 years preferred)

Knowledge of subsystem functionalities such as braking, air production, HVAC, or similar

Familiarity with validation and verification activities

An understanding of FMECA processes and interface management

Strong communication skills in English

Adaptability and a problem-solving mindset
