Are you passionate about building robust BI platforms and enabling data-driven decision-making? Join our team and take ownership of our enterprise-wide Tableau and SAC environments. You’ll work at the intersection of IT operations and business intelligence, ensuring performance, scalability, and security of our analytics environment.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Tableau Server/SAC platform in a multi-user, high-demand environment
Configure Tableau clustering, load balancing, and security integrations (SAML, AD/LDAP)
Develop automation scripts using TABCMD, TSM, REST API, PowerShell, or Python to streamline monitoring
Monitor server performance, SAC tenant health and create dashboards for usage and capacity tracking
Manage SSL/TLS certificates and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth)
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align infrastructure with business needs
Stay up to date with Tableau innovations (Pulse, Cloud, AI features) and SAC (planning, predictive, AI/ML integration) and assess their fit
Conduct training sessions and contribute to internal documentation and governance
What will convince us
Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations (on-prem & cloud)
Strong hands-on experience administering Tableau Server/Cloud , SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere integration in enterprise environments
Advanced Tableau knowledge (Desktop, Server, Prep) and scripting experience
Strong analytical mindset and communication skills in English
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
