Clerk II - Enrollment Specialist -Mojave River Academy presso Oro Grande School District

Minimum Qualifications -Knowledge of student information systems, ie. School Pathways, Aeries, etc, modern office equipment, procedures, computer equipment and business math. - Ability to operate office equipment, perform business math calculations with accuracy. ---- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions. - Able to conduct verbal conversation in English and Spanish. (preferred but not required). -Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of your duties. - Maintain work pace appropriate to the given workload and meet required deadlines. ------- Travel to designated locations throughout the school district as well as external locations as needed. -Bilingual Preferred Education and Experience -Graduation from High School or equivalent test. -Strong working knowledge of computer programs and School Pathways SIS. -Hold a valid California Driver's License. -Fingerprint/criminal justice clearance. -Tuberculosis clearance. -Ability to read, write and speak Spanish (preferred but not required).
