About the Role
We’re looking for a Venue Operations Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in supporting scheduling, hiring, data tracking, and training for our Venue Representatives (Reps). This is a great opportunity for someone who loves details, thrives on organization, and enjoys collaborating with a remote, global team.
What You’ll Do
- Keep rep schedules accurate and up to date, auditing weekly.
- Support rep hiring by posting open positions and maintaining clear, updated records.
- Collect and share operational data from Regional Managers, Reps, and Venues (e.g., add-on counts).
- Update and maintain venue data in Airtable and other internal systems.
- Track and report venue system updates.
- Schedule and lead Zoom training sessions for new and current Reps.
- Provide general support across the Venue Operations team as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong multitasker who can manage communications across a fully remote, global team.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Airtable, WhatsApp, and Slack.
- Proactive, efficient, and highly organized.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, team-focused attitude.
Role Details
- Part-time: Up to 25 hours per week (ideally 5 hours/day, Monday–Friday).
- Growth potential: Opportunity to move into a full-time role as the company expands.
- Remote: Must be US-based.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
