Job Summary | The Loan Review Specialist will work with the Loan Review Officer to review a variety of loans using predetermined criteria to ensure compliance with the bank's lending policies. |

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: | - Completes narrative reviews on large dollar loan relationships
| - Completes analysis, including borrower description, structure review, collateral, document review, and financial/cash flow
| - Ensures credit and collateral criteria are maintained
| - Focuses on relationship repayment ability, cash flow analysis, and trend analysis
| - Tracks policy and documentation exceptions
| - Maintains and updates loan review spreadsheets and quarterly reports
