How you’ll make an impact:

As the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), you’ll lead initiatives that embed DEIB across the team member experience, build programs that advance equity and belonging across the business, and serve as a champion for integrating DEIB and social equity in our evolving social impact strategy. You’ll partner cross-functionally to build equitable systems, support inclusive leadership, and strengthen our internal culture of belonging, ensuring DEIB is not a standalone effort but a foundational element of how we work, lead, and grow together at SiriusXM.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with key People + Culture stakeholders, Legal, and business leaders to embed DEIB across the team member lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and integration, recognition, retention, and offboarding initiatives, through inclusive and human-centered design.

  • Design and deliver enterprise-wide DEIB strategies and scalable programs aligned to SiriusXM’s values and business priorities.

  • Identify and assess gaps in current DEIB practices; propose and implement innovative, scalable solutions to increase inclusivity and representation.

  • Use data and reporting to measure DEIB impact, create dashboards and insights that track progress over time, and provide recommendations that influence people strategies, policies, and leadership behaviors.

  • Champion the integration of DEIB and social equity into SiriusXM’s evolving social impact strategy, owning related initiatives and workstreams.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and community organizations to benchmark progress, share best practices, and amplify SiriusXM’s DEIB impact externally. Serve as a key partner to our communities (ERGs) and advisory councils, supporting structure, impact, and alignment.

  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop inclusive learning experiences that build cultural competence and leadership capability across the enterprise.

  • Collaborate with the Organizational Communications Team to ensure inclusive messaging and amplification of internal voices are embedded within all communication channels and campaigns.

  • Mentor and manage one Senior DEIB Coordinator, fostering a culture of collaborative excellence and continuous learning within the team.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of proven experience developing and implementing DEIB strategies, programs, and training in a complex, matrixed, or high-growth environment.

  • 3+ years demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Deep understanding of DEIB best practices, trends, and metrics, with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead initiatives from strategy to execution.

  • Demonstrated success facilitating conversations and programs related to identity, equity, inclusion, and systemic change. Bachelor’s degree required; certification in DEIB, organizational development, or HR strongly preferred.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $130,000 to $176,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
