Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
On site position.
- Annual Operating Plan – Meet annual AOP and KPI guidelines. Place purchase requisitions as needed via SAP to facilitate budget plan and cash flow management.
- Timely and accurate ordering of goods and services.
- Drive advantaged customer service by providing inbound shipment status updates to planning.
- Ensure customer service levels are maintained or exceeded
- Continued development and training in Supply Chain best practices
- Accurately tracking and tracing shipments to support replenishment planning of stock.
- Support Fill Rate and On Time Delivery of 99%
- Identify resource issues to management promptly and resolve issues as required
- Complete 10 hours of online Supply Chain training via MyLearning
- For the NADC’s, perform inventory reconciliation activities for variances between WMS & SAP.
- Timely and efficient resolution of variances to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Compliance with SOX Inventory Requirements.
- Prepare and maintain document files (i.e. BOL, Seal Log, Inspection sheets, Training docs, etc.)
- Accurate maintenance of all receipt and shipment related documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound receipts, inventory adjustments and shipment processing. Research inventory discrepancies and errors.
- Timeliness and accuracy of reporting inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
- Blind receiver completed and verified against Bill of Lading and entered into SAP/WMS system
- Compliance with all Warehousing GMP and Plant Food Safety Policies
- Follow GMP, Food Safety Programs and Prerequisites
- Read and understand applicable procedures that are listed in SOP’s
- Understand AIB audit requirements as it relates to office functions & meet audit compliance requirements
- Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards
- Zero compliance outages
- Drive a safe culture and wear PPE as required in the performance of your job
- Completed 8 H&S training hours
- Completed and submit near miss / good catches
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associates degree in business/Logistics preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics or transportation
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft business applications and basic data base systems. WMS, radio frequency (r/f) receiving and shipping experience a plus
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Basic understanding of SOX Compliance
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management procedures
- Self-starter who is able to operate based on procedures with minimal guidance
- SAP & JDA/Blue Yonder experience preferred
