Now Hiring: Full-Time Floor Manager – Be the Heart of the Hustle!

  • Location: 3224 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City Louisiana 71112
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Friday
  • Pay: $12–$13/hour
  • Requirements: High School Diploma or GED + 1 Year Childcare Experience

About the Role:

Do you love the energy of a childcare center but also have a knack for organization, leadership, and jumping in where needed? We’re looking for a dependable, full-time Floor Manager to be the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our center running smoothly — from the front office to the classroom floor.

You’ll wear many hats (but not all of them!) — supporting daily operations, helping with scheduling, closing procedures, classroom transitions, and providing coverage where needed. Think of this as an assistant-director-lite role: big responsibility, without the full admin load.

This position plays a critical role in helping our Director stay flexible and available to oversee both of our buildings effectively. With your support, we can keep everything moving and ensure every child, staff member, and family gets the care and attention they deserve.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting day-to-day office and management tasks
  • Assisting with classroom schedules and staff coverage
  • Helping with closing procedures and end-of-day coordination
  • Floating into classrooms to support teachers when needed
  • Maintaining a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment
  • Acting as a go-to team member for both staff and leadership
  • Keeping things running smoothly when the Director is handling larger center-wide responsibilities

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • You’re comfortable juggling both administrative and classroom duties
  • You’re a problem-solver who can think on your feet and stay flexible

  • You’ve got your High School Diploma or GED and a big heart for children
  • You're able to work 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
