HR Generalist - Healthcare - Temporary Assignment - 3 Months presso Esse Health

SUMMARY:  Esse Health is seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to assist our HR department for approximately 3 months and provide support for all human resources related activities!  This position will work out of our Business Office/"HUB" located in Town & Country.  

The ideal candidate will have functioned in a Human Resources Generalist role where they actively participated in all human resources functions for 3 plus years.  

In this role, you will:

• Provide support for general human resource functions such as recruitment, benefits, FMLA, 401k, employee relations, etc.
• Process status changes in UKG.
• Function as lead administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate training vendors.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
• Assist with the coordination and management of the internship program.

Requirements:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer oriented approach.
• Extremely detail oriented.
