This isn’t your average “answer the phone and take notes” job. Nope. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action—where customer service, sales, marketing, and even finance all come together. You’ll be the friendly voice, the sharp mind, and the steady hand that keeps things moving smoothly.

  • Be the first line of support for customers—via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Keep our sales orders and invoices on point (details matter here!).
  • Work with Marketing to keep our social media responses sharp and on-brand.
  • Help customers find what they need and resolve their concerns like a pro.
  • Pitch in with Finance (AP/AR, invoicing).
  • Keep files, records, and correspondence tidy and professional.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements


  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience (bonus points if you know SAP or Sage).
  • Excel wizardry (you don’t have to love pivot tables, but it helps).
  • Someone who’s curious, resourceful, and loves working across different teams.
  • An understanding of the cannabis industry? Even better!
