Implementation Specialist presso SIXT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to join our team at SIXT! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across departments, and can translate business needs into streamlined workflows. This role requires close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Director, and the rest of the Title and Registration team. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• Analyze Business Needs: You work with the Senior Manager/Director to assess the feasibility and impact of new systems on current operations
• Training and Support: You conduct initial training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing technical support to ensure effective use of new systems
• Vendor Collaboration: You coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful implementation and support
• Compliance Assurance: You ensure continuous adherence to Federal and State compliance standards: this entails auditing completed title work to ensure vendor processes align with our business needs and ensuring branches with dealer licensing are compliant with the state's dealers license unit
• Documentation & Retention: You ensure all title related documentation standards are properly indexed, stored, and retrievable in accordance with the company policy. You fill all document requests from other department

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience You have a minimum of 2-3 years of automotive title and registration experience
• Technical Proficiency You have an understanding of state-specific title and registration requirements and familiarity with DMV processes and systems. You have a moderate understanding of software applications and system integrations relevant to the rental car industry. Intermediate Excel user
• Soft Skills You have effective communicate skills both verbally and written, an ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources and take appropriate action, and have attention to detail and accuracy analytically
• Commitment To Excellence You work well with cross functional teams have an ability to analyze information analytical skills
