Who We Are Seeking:

A guest-oriented Floor Manager to execute our company’s core belief that taking pride in our staff and service creates an exceptional food and beverage experience. Floor Managers should also have the experience to efficiently handle all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, utilizing company-provided management resources and leading practices centered around guest service on each shift, taking an active role in staff development, and managing general business operations under the guidance of the General Manager.


We provide full coverage for Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service training and certification.


WAGES

We take pride in offering a competitive wage as well as annual wage increases based on performance. The hourly wage for this position is $22-$32 plus incentives.

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of working 8+ hour shifts on your feet
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., trays, cases, kegs); reasonable accommodations available
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid food handler certification (within 30 days of hire)
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. A credit check may be required based on job responsibilities, in accordance with California law.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary Description
$22.00/hour - $32.00/hour
