Job Summary:

To drive the successful transformation of the business in becoming a world-class organization by supporting the formulation of business relationships and delivering business strategies at the program and operational level. The Assistant Analyst, Business Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining business reports on a regular basis. The position involves gathering necessary internal and external data, as well as preparing reports and analyses for the management team.


Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain capacity models on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Prepare and deliver seasonal sales reports on a weekly basis, highlighting trends and performance insights.
  • Generate and manage inventory roll files twice per month, including monthly, brand, and channel-level reporting (FIN & MF), with receipt view and weekly receipt flow analysis to estimate in-transit inventory.
  • Conduct monthly shrink checks to monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies and losses.
  • Utilize JDA system access to load planning data and extract data dumps to support reporting and analysis requirements.
  • Deliver weekly GM/AUR (Gross Margin / Average Unit Retail) sales analysis reports to track profitability and pricing performance.
  • Produce Top 50 Concept Stores and Balance of Chain item reports on a weekly basis to support merchandising and assortment decisions.
  • Prepare Top 50 US E-commerce reports each week, including Fall SNL B, Spring SNB, and Spring categories, highlighting key product and sales trends.
  • Prepare weekly US E-commerce sales and margin performance shipping threshold reports with key channel and price-band insights.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail planning and analysis
  • Good verbal and written communication in English & local language

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
