Responsibilities:
The Staffing coordinator partners with the staffing and HR teams on staffing and placement for the Suites and Clubs and a variety of initiatives and directives that maximize organizational effectiveness and performance.
The FT staffing coordinator will:
- Moniter and use availability requests to staff the Suites department, Club Level, Coso, and Código in ABI software for the following month.
- Moniter call offs and update the staffing daily, responding to employee communication within 24 business hours
- Partner with managers on placement per event and open/close list daily.
- Remain a minimum of 2 weeks out on the schedule and rotates staff fairly through the locations in each staffing area.
- Contact employees with cuts or coverage concerns
- Partner with managers on staffing concerns or late call offs or need for temps.
- Is backup for the concessions and Premium Clubs staffing.
- Supports onboardings, orientations, TEAMS trainings (will need to get TEAMS certified) and rehire processes
- Supports employees who needs TEAMS certification expiration dates.
- Aids employees trying to sign into one of our 3 software's and resets them if needed.
- check in for all staff, NPO or temps on every event day
- Walk events to verify employees are working where schedule or support the team.
- Filing or other tasks to support the teams as assigned.
- This is an event-based job with hours on event days in afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- This hourly position is onsite only, this is not a remote job.
- May support at other locations or events
Qualifications
- English reading, writing & speaking at an advanced level, bilingual a plus
- 2-4 years in HR or staffing administration
- Excellent and timely communication skills
- except management and social skills
- Flexible, straightforward and independent, shows initiative to solve problems and look ahead at future events and staffing concerns
- Ability to follow SOP consistently with attention to detail
- Must follow all safety process and procedures and report any incidents in the Origami risk management software.
This is an hourly FT role and eligible for health, dental, vison, life, disability, 401K, PTO, and sick leave.
