Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
- Check the parking system and make sure it's running properly along with the CCTV.
- Perform walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness of the garage.
- Check the cash machines, replenish them with cash and take the money out of the previous day.
- Prepare deposits
- Check emails and previous' day operations
- Supervising Parking Attendants and Maintenance Team
- Address customer issues and concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer concerns (refunds, claims and/or complaints)
- Assist in ordering supplies or placing vendors orders as needed (office and garage supplies)
- Monitoring inventory levels of tickets.
- Collect data on parking metrics.
- Prepare and review reports on transient and monthly operations for the client.
- Generate monthly reports
- Ad Hoc Projects
- Cover PTO
- other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A Valid Drivers License
- Proven experience in the parking management industry.
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
- Event management experience is a plus.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Business development and strategic thinking abilities.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
