Looking to break into Human Resources? We’re hiring an HR Coordinator in Blaine, MN! This role is perfect for someone with strong people skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support recruiting: post jobs, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR files, records, and digital communications.
  • Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training compliance.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including welcoming visitors, answering the door,      issuing badges, and directing calls/emails.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate vendors, manage mail, and ensure conference rooms and common      areas are stocked and ready.
  • Prepare HR communications, newsletters, and materials for company meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience (HR experience a plus!).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Professional, positive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
