Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Lead Addiction Recovery Assistant to add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our residential programs at Stepping Stone and Stepping Forward.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Participate in meetings and training as requested by supervisors and clinical staff.
- Assign Recovery Assistant duties to all staff scheduled during shifts daily.
- Provide training and orientation to new Recovery Assistant staff.
- Provide ongoing training to current Recovery Assistant staff to assure alliance with Recovery Assistant Guide expectations and assure class content is taught with fidelity to curriculum.
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers and/or Director regarding concerns and opportunities for development of staff and/or programming.
- Assist with development and maintenance of Alumni Program.
- Take inquiries, complete the necessary paperwork for admissions, and maintain charts.
- Monitor vital signs.
- Complete required documentation.
- Facilitate educational classes.
- Facilitate drug and alcohol testing.
- Provide supportive services to clients.
- Provide for a safe and secure environment for clients.
- Supervise client activities.
- Transport clients to activities.
- Attend to housekeeping duties as necessary.
Job Qualifications
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Associate degree or the hourly equivalent required. OBHP requirement.
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week – weekend rotation
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have valid driver's license and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
