Duties (summary): As an Allergy Testing and Benefits Coordinator, you will gather benefit information and treatment cost to relay to patient as well as assist with the scheduling of testing.
Our Ideal Candidate: A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, dependable, task and detail oriented, and computer efficient. Must be trainable and able to work without cellphone in hand. Previous experience working with medical insurance is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Outstanding communication skills to converse clearly with patients over the phone
· Computer efficiency, data entry, and attention to detail
· Punctual and dependable
· Prior experience working in a medical office is preferred but not required
· Ability to sit at a desk and talk on the phone for an extended period of time
· Must pass a background check and drug screen
