As Commercial Finance Senior Analyst, you will support and provide reporting for the critical business processes and functional work streams involving elements of volume, revenue, A&P, and pricing. You will partner with various teams across the company to provide clear and actionable analysis that helps drive business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities: Commercial Finance - Develop strong positive relationships with key members of the sales and marketing teams
- Support annual budget and periodic forecast processes related to Volume, Revenue, and A&P
- Support monthly and quarterly volume and value reporting packages including variance analysis and commentary shared with leadership team
- Provide comprehensive category and competitive reporting leveraging syndicated data sources
- Support development of performance analysis and strategic projects, as needed
Price Management - Provide decision support for pricing related proposals and establish best practices for evaluation yield tracking, and post-event analysis
- Oversee periodic system related maintenance of Pricing Application (VISTAAR)
- Develop process and tools for more comprehensive value chain management
- Lead special projects to enhance price planning, reporting, and controls
- Outline and support distributor reimbursement process using VISTAAR Reimbursement Module

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems
- The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge of financial principles in the CPG industry
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn multiple systems and applications.
- Prior experience using Essbase/Smartview/Hyperion Planning Systems/VISTAAR preferred.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still being detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills · Advanced Microsoft Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint skills
