We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with 2-4 years of HR experience to join our small, but mighty, HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the Candidate Experience: Manage the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites, and acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Maintain Our Systems: Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Source Great Talent: Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and our ATS.
  • Support Onboarding: Assist with the new hire onboarding process by initiating background checks, preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating welcome communications, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Run Key Recruiting Projects: Assist with compiling and generating recruiting reports to track key metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Be a Team Player: Support the broader HR team with various projects and initiatives, such as performance management reviews and employee engagement. 

 

Qualifications:                              

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, sociology, communications or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a recruiting or human resource role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software, including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and our ATS.  

 

$55-65K salary range, based on experience, plus benefits and bonus
