NSF is seeking a The Project Manager in our Finance space. This project manager will assist in the development and execution of the global Financial Information Systems (FIS) strategy aligned with the NSF mission, values and strategy.  The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating people and resources to execute and deliver projects within a specified timeline.
  • Communicating both internally and externally.
  • Assessing risks and managing overall project plan.
  • Identifying project goals and scope.
  • Planning and documenting project tasks.
  • Ensuring deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Managing all project resources.
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Eliminating blockers and potential risks.
  • Leading a project from inception to completion according to set timeline and budget.
  • Supporting change management planning and communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance or IT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Organized and self-disciplined
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
  • 8-10+ year’s experience in project management
  • Change management experience and/or certification
