Part-Time Janitor – Make a Difference Every Day!
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Hours: 20 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping common areas sparkling: lobbies, hallways, lounges, laundry rooms, and more.
   
• Turning over units: deep cleaning vacated apartments and preparing them for new residents — making sure every home is move-in ready and welcoming.
   
• Ensuring a safe, sanitary space by following cleaning schedules and health guidelines.
   
• Lending a hand and a smile — you’ll often be a familiar and friendly face to our residents!

• Like working independently, but also enjoy friendly interactions.
   
• Can lift moderate weight and are comfortable being on your feet.
   
• Have previous cleaning experience (a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!).

Requirements

 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
   
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience (preferred but not required).
   
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions with minimal supervision.
   
• Must be physically able to perform job duties, including:
   
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
   
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
   
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
   
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
