Contracts Administrator / Junior Document Controller presso Alternative Heat

The Document Control department ensures the efficient management, organisation, and distribution of all project-related documentation. This team maintains version control, tracks approvals, and ensures that the latest documents are readily accessible to all stakeholders across the project lifecycle. By upholding strict document management protocols, the department supports compliance, enhances collaboration, and helps maintain consistency and accuracy across all project communications.

 

We are looking for a proactive and organised Contracts Administrator / Junior Document Controller to join our growing team, supporting our decarbonisation projects within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector. This is an ideal role for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to grow their career in document control and construction project support.

Provide support to the Document Controller in managing and maintaining project documentation across teams, including uploading records to Viewpoint for Projects, maintaining logs and trackers, and organising key documents such as RAMS, design packages, and commissioning records. Delivers general administrative support to design, HSE, operations, and commercial teams, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, document formatting, and managing filing systems. Assists with meeting preparation, takes minutes when required, and liaises with team members to follow up on document submissions and updates.
