We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the Human Resources Manager in our Contract Management Organization for Skilled Long-term Care facilities.
Human Resources Manager Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide front-line support for employee relations matters.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO) and ensure organizational compliance.
- Administers benefit programs and communicate effectively with staff regarding eligibility, enrollment, and changes.
- Investigates employee incidents and accidents and incident reporting.
- Complete and maintain all unemployment claims.
- Performs other job-related duties.
Human Resources Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Generalist or equivalent role.
- Experience in a nursing home or healthcare environment preferred
