The Training & Performance Coordinator supports the Golden OPTIC team by designing and delivering staff training programs, monitoring branch performance, and helping ensure consistent processes across all locations. This role is highly collaborative and requires frequent travel to provide on-site coaching and support, ensuring seamless service delivery to our parent company, Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NASDAQ: DFH), in a manner compliant with Golden Dog Title & Trust policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Travel to branch offices to provide on-site training and operational support.
· Maintain and update SOPs, training manuals, and reference materials.
· Track training completion, certifications, and staff development progress.
· Monitor branch performance metrics and share insights with the OPTIC Manager.
· Translate audit findings into targeted training opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
· 2--3 years in training, operations support, or title/escrow experience.
· Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
· Ability to simplify complex processes into practical learning.
· Organized, proactive, and comfortable with frequent travel.
· Familiarity with title operations and compliance standards preferred.
· Proficiency with SoftPro and MS Office/Excel reporting.

Physical Demands:
