Mercer is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Change Office Analyst – Pacific (Wealth).  This role will be based in Melbourne.  This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Change Office Analyst to support the Pacific Change Portfolio by ensuring efficient delivery of strategic programs and high-quality reporting across projects.

We will count on you to:

  • Track, analyse, and report on portfolio performance, schedules, risks, and benefits, providing insights to leadership.

  • Support development and compliance of best practice frameworks, driving adherence to standards across projects.

  • Provide consulting support to Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers, facilitating planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate with the Change Office team to enhance services, foster a high-performance culture, and support operational excellence.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Project Management certifications (e.g., PMBOK) highly desirable.

  • Extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) environment.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and portfolio management tools.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
