Description
As the Marketing Manager, Web & Creative you’ll be a key player in shaping the Gravity Haus brand across all digital and physical touchpoints. This role is a perfect blend of creativity and data-driven strategy. You’ll be responsible for the development and maintenance of our digital presence, designing compelling creative assets, and optimizing our websites to drive sales and enhance brand awareness for our hotels, restaurants, and membership offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Optimization
- Lead the development, design, and maintenance of all Gravity Haus websites using Webflow.
- Manage and implement a robust website optimization strategy to improve user experience, drive conversions, and increase brand awareness.
- Integrate and manage tracking and analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager to provide actionable insights for all digital campaigns.
- Monitor site performance and implement technical SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and site health.
- Create and manage A/B tests and other optimization experiments to continuously improve site performance.
Creative & Brand Development
- Lead the creative development and execution of digital and print assets for all Gravity Haus hotels, restaurants, and membership.
- Collaborate with the VP, Marketing & Communications to design and create a wide range of marketing collateral, including multi-medial assets, email templates, display ads, brochures, and in-house print materials.
- Ensure all creative output maintains a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Audit website channels, such as Google My Business Listings, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yelp, and others to ensure data accuracy, brand consistency and seamless consumer experiences.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Serve as the key liaison between the marketing, hotel/F&B operations teams, and membership teams to define and execute creative and web-related projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time.
- Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in design and web development optimization marketing, with a focus on Webflow.
- Proven experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategies and measure success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in product creation and optimization, particularly in the context of membership or website services.
- Experience in B2C lifestyle, hospitality, or community-based membership businesses would be nice to have.
Work Environment
- This is a remote position; however, the preferred location is in the mountain time zone. The role requires occasional in-person meetings, team gatherings, and events within the state. Weekend or holiday availability may be required during peak periods.

- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required for event setups or material handling
