Job Description:About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our NL and FR teams and drive service excellence across our organization. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, guide your team towards meeting KPIs, and ensure smooth communication with colleagues and executives across locations.

About your tasks:
Lead, coach, and support the NL and FR Customer Service teams to achieve performance and development goals.
Ensure transparent communication with team members, fellow managers, and executives across sites (Tongeren and Sevenum).
Oversee daily operations, including monitoring KPIs, managing workflows, and assigning complex cases to the right team members.
Drive process improvements by analyzing tools, workflows, and performance data to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Foster a positive team culture and act as the link between Customer Service and internal stakeholders.
About You
You have proven experience in leading and coaching teams, ideally in a customer service environment.
You are a clear and confident communicator, fluent in English (B2) and proficient in Dutch or French (C2)
You combine a customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills to handle complex cases.
You are comfortable working with KPIs and operational targets, using data to drive performance.
You thrive in a fast-paced, international setting and enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You promote a positive, collaborative team culture where people can grow and succeed.
