Role:
✦ Providing consulting, advisory, strategic assistance and decision support to Head of Office on variety of topics related to Oaktree India Pvt Ltd, strengthening our mandate, improving contribution to Oaktree’s mission
✦ Lead long term sustainable change management initiatives and develop framework that enables an agile and integrated approach to run such programs
✦ Program/Project management experience, working with multiple teams across the organisation to lead change as well as handling small working groups
✦ Facilitating deliberations with Senior leaders/stakeholders to define and articulate Talent strategy, Operating model initiatives, simulating “so what” scenarios, driving projects aimed at achieving Oaktree goals and mission
✦ Design, develop and work on continuous improvement projects across the Hyderabad office and drive process improvement leveraging Six sigma and other lean methodologies
✦ Strategic thinker with ability to dynamically identify, evaluate key issues and conceptualize ( planning, solution design, budgeting), drive (contract/SOW monitoring, implementation) solutions to closure
✦ Find opportunities to work and initiate technology and automation related projects
✦ Collaborating with cross functional / business leaders and partners to drive operational excellence initiatives
✦ Be responsible to communicate and work with senior management globally to drive and deliver the project
✦ Responsible for delivering statistical and performance reports to the management on need basis that includes KPIs (key performance indicators), scenario/analysis for Oaktree India private limited.
✦ Work on Oaktree India board related priorities / metrics
✦ Supporting the Governance framework and priorities working with Local and Global stakeholders
✦ Support all strategic initiatives driven in Hyderabad office thru till execution
Experience required:
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in team environments
• Experience of leading cross functional teams through a process improvement project
• Requires expertise in six sigma and lean tools and methods
• Hands on experience handling projects using Python, Alteryx will be preferable
• Advanced project management skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, project solving, excel and data management skills
• Abel to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of organisation with tact and subtlety and high level of cultural sensitivity
• Strong communication and organization skills, with ability to synthesise a lot of information quickly, highlight key takeaways and disseminate useful insights
• Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgement through excellent analytical thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft - Excel, word and powerpoint
Academic requirement:
• Master’s degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience
